Forest Inventory Services – Carrying Out Flora And Fauna Inventories For The City Of Lille And Its Associated Municipalities Of Lomme And Hellemmes. This Consultation Is Carried Out By Open Call For Tenders In Accordance With Articles R.2124-2 And R.2161-2 To R.2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code (Ccp). The Services Are A Single Lot And Will Be The Subject Of A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement For The Issuance Of Purchase Orders Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount In Application Of Article R. 2162-4 2° Of The Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement Begins Upon Notification For A Period Of 12 Months With The Possibility Of Renewing It 3 Times For The Same Duration. Prices Will Be Revised Annually Under The Conditions Set Out In The Ccap.
