The Renovated Old Building, On The Top Floor Of Which Houses All-Day Care For Primary School Children, The Pavilion Building And The New All-Day Building (Canteen On The Ground Floor), Which Was Built As Part Of The Establishment Of All-Day Operations In Secondary School I, Together With The Renovated Rectorate Building And The Large Playground, Form A Campus-Like Unit. In The Course Of Demographic Developments And A Changed Demand Structure, The School Needs Within The Community Of Winterbach Have Changed. Together With The School Management, The Community Initiated The Further Development Of The Lehenbach School. With The Further Development Of The Lehenbach School, The Municipality Of Winterbach Is Pursuing The Long-Term Goal Of Adapting The School Location To The Future Requirements Of A Modern Primary And Community School With All-Day And Childcare Options. The Basis For This Is The Results Of A Strategy Concept For Education And Care As Well As A Feasibility Study Based On It. These Have Shown An Additional Need For Teaching, Care, Lounge And Cafeteria Space. For This Reason, The Existing Building Is To Be Expanded, Restructured And Modernized.
