The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free Warranty Service Of The Equipment. 2) The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Delivery Of The Equipment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Including Unloading And Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As A 5-Year Subscription For The Software Provided With The Equipment, Access To The Manufacturers Service Portal, Access To Knowledge And Technical Information Regarding The Offered Equipment And Its System, As Well As Training For 5 People Of The It Team In The Field Of Administration Of The Delivered Subject Of The Order. 3) Software That Is Part Of The Subject Of The Order May Not Violate Legal Provisions, Legally Protected Personal Or Property Rights Of Third Parties, Or Rights On Intangible Assets, In Particular Copyrights, Related Rights, Rights From The Registration Of Industrial Designs And Protection Rights For Trademarks. 4) Order Completion Date - Up To 35 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Submit The Order To The Contractor Within A Maximum Period Of 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 5) Required Minimum Warranty Period For Equipment And Drives: 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. 6) Delivery Address: University Of Silesia In Katowice, Network Administration And Network Services Department, Ul.
