Construction Work - Reconstruction Of The Installation For Thermal Processing Of Medical And Veterinary Waste At The Holy Spirit Specialist Hospital In Sandomierz In The Public-Private Partnership Formula. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Installation For Thermal Processing Of Medical And Veterinary Waste At The Specialist Hospital Of The Holy Spirit In Sandomierz In Order To Increase Its Maximum Efficiency To 400 Kg/H, Thus Enabling The Processing Of A Maximum Of 3,200 Mg Of Medical And Veterinary Waste With A Calorific Value Of 16 To 25 Mj/Kg Per Year, And Then Providing Management Services And Maintaining The Technical Efficiency Of The Rebuilt Infrastructure In Exchange For The Right To Collect Benefits. 2. The Ordering Party Assumes The Implementation Of The Project As Part Of Comprehensive Cooperation, Based On The Division Of Tasks And Risks Between The Ordering Party And The Selected Contractor, Whose Task Will Be To Obtain Financing, Prepare Design Documentation And Carry Out Construction Works, And Then Operate The Rebuilt Infrastructure In Exchange For The Right To Collect Benefits. The Ordering Party Reserves Its Participation In The Above-Mentioned. Benefits Generated By The Contractor From The Date Of Commissioning The Installation And Free Discharge Of Waste Heat To The Employers Hospital Boiler Room. 3. The Ordering Party Assumes Co-Financing Of The Investment Part Of The Project From External Funds Obtained Under The European Funds For Świętokrzyskie 2021-2027 Program. 4. The Preliminary Definition Of The Subject Of The Order And The Procedure Schedule Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Announcement - Opiw. 5. The Purpose Of The Proceedings Is To Conclude A Public-Private Partnership Agreement Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Ppp Act. 6. The Assumed Duration Of The Ppp Agreement Is 13 Years (Including A 3-Year Investment Stage And A 10-Year Operation Stage). 7. Taking Into Account The Formula Of Competitive Dialogue - The Detailed Scope Of Design Works, Construction Works, Technical Solutions, Duration Of The Ppp Agreement, Financing Model, Principles Of Remuneration Settlement And Division Of Tasks And Risks Will Be Specified In The Terms Of Reference Of The Order On The Basis Of The Arrangements Made During The Competitive Dialogue And On The Basis Of The Ordering Partys Analysis And Selection Of The Solutions Proposed By The Contractors. 8. The Contractor And The Ordering Party Should Be Understood As A Private Partner And A Public Entity, Respectively, Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Ppp Act.
