The Preliminary Definition Of The Subject Of The Order And The Procedure Schedule Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Announcement - Opiw. 5. The Purpose Of The Proceedings Is To Conclude A Public-Private Partnership Agreement Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Ppp Act. 6. The Assumed Duration Of The Ppp Agreement Is 13 Years (Including A 3-Year Investment Stage And A 10-Year Operation Stage). 7. Taking Into Account The Formula Of Competitive Dialogue - The Detailed Scope Of Design Works, Construction Works, Technical Solutions, Duration Of The Ppp Agreement, Financing Model, Principles Of Remuneration Settlement And Division Of Tasks And Risks Will Be Specified In The Terms Of Reference Of The Order On The Basis Of The Arrangements Made During The Competitive Dialogue And On The Basis Of The Ordering Partys Analysis And Selection Of The Solutions Proposed By The Contractors. 8.
