The Project Serves To Preserve The Open Rocky Slope With Occurrences Of Species-Rich Dry And Semi-Dry Grasslands With The Lrt 6210 And 6240* As Well As Rock Habitats And Thus To Secure The Protection And Conservation Goals Of The Ffh Area Ffh0114lsa “Saale Breakthrough Near Rothenburg”. The Project Area Occupies The Open And Semi-Open Areas Of The Saale Slope 400 M South Of Rothenburg Ot Ziegelei And The Ski Jump (Saalekreis District, Saxony-Anhalt, Geographical Coordinates (Wgs84): 51.630307,11.755590). The Area Has Been Fallow For Decades And Is Threatened By Further Bush Encroachment And Succession As Well As Further Loss Of Species. The Project Area Has A Planimetric Size Of 0.46 Ha. The Measures Include Two Units: - Initial Bush Removal In The Winter Months Of 2026/2027 - Follow-Up Care By Removing The Tree Shoots In The Winter Months Of 2027/2028 And 2028/2029.
