It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Sv-Kwa-260520-004 Operation Of Swm It’S Shdsl Infrastructure As A Managed Service. A Managed Service For The Operation Of Swms Shdsl Infrastructure Is Being Advertised. This Technology Is Used To Connect Decentralized Technical Locations To The Swm Network Via Existing Copper Lines If Fiber Optics Are Not Available There. Among Other Things, Technical Systems In The Areas Of Heating, Cooling, Gas And Water Are Affected. The Contractor Takes Over The Operation Of The Shdsl Components And The Associated Management System. This Includes, Above All, The Ongoing Analysis And Maintenance Of The Infrastructure, The Processing Of Faults And Support In Error Diagnosis. However, The Client Remains Responsible For Certain Areas, For Example For The Higher-Level Network, The Passive Copper Cabling, The Power Supply For Many Peripheral Systems And The Central Ticket System. Disruptions Are Only Created By The Client In The Ticket System, Either Manually Or Automatically Through Monitoring. The Contractor Processes These Tickets According To The Agreed Processes And Deadlines. In Addition, The Contractor Creates A Technical Monitoring Concept, While The Technical Setup And Operation Of The Monitoring Remain With The Client. The Contract Is For Three Years, With The Possibility Of An Extension Of Two Twelve-Month Periods. At The Beginning There Is A Transition Phase In Which Access Is Set Up, Knowledge Is Transferred And The Takeover Of Operations Is Prepared. Regular Operation Then Begins. Clear Service Levels Apply To Ongoing Operations: Very Critical Faults Must Be Dealt With Quickly Around The Clock, Less Critical Faults Must Be Dealt With Within Defined Service Times. Short Response And Recovery Times Apply To Particularly Severe Failures. In The Event Of Repeated Or Significant Deviations, Escalation Is Planned.
