The Subject Of The Contract Is To Carry Out A Detailed Survey Of Statics And Diagnostics Of Supporting Structures, Development Of Project Documentation (Szp/Vpp) Including The Interior Design (Pi), Geodetic Survey (Gz), Engineering Activity (Ič), Property Rights Settlement (Mpv) And Author Supervision (Ad) For The Project Žst Prešov, Assembly Building - Complex Reconstruction Of The Building. The Dispatch Building Of Žst Prešov Is A Public Building That Was Completed In 1989. The Dispatch Building Is Located On Masaryková Street No. 31, Regional City Of Prešov. The Building Does Not Meet The Requirements Placed On A Building Of Such Importance From A Visual, Construction-Technical, And Layout Point Of View. It Also Does Not Meet The Requirements From A Thermal And Technical Point Of View And The Current Conditions Set By Law - The Current Requirements For Energy Efficiency. From This Point Of View, It Is Necessary To Proceed With The Reconstruction Of This Building, Which Would Make It More Attractive And Give An Opportunity To Use Its Potential.
