Purpose The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Award A Mission To Carry Out An Audit Of The Information System, Cybersecurity And Skills. As Well As The Development Of The 2027-2030 Digital And Security Master Plan. The Consultation Took Place Under The Aegis Of The Public Order Code And Article L.2123-1 Of Said Code. It Gives Rise To The Conclusion Of An Ordinary Contract Treated At A Fixed Price. Phasing The Mission Is Broken Down Into 7 Distinct Phases Covering The Following Themes: 1) Audit Of Business Applications 2) Audit Of Management Data 3) Security And Cybersecurity Audit 4) Audit Of The It Organization And Human Resources Is 5) Analysis Of Gaps And The Target Organization 6) Analysis Of Ai Use Cases 7) Additional Mission The Execution Of The Phases Can Be Parallelized. The Duration Of The Contract Runs From Notification For A Maximum Duration Of 20 Weeks All Phases Combined. The Candidate Will Indicate In His Offer The Deadlines Planned For The Completion Of Each Of The Phases Indicated In Article 2.2 Of This Ccp. It Will Also Indicate The Maximum Time It Provides For The Submission Of The Renderings Indicated In Article 6.7 Of The Ccp. The Kick-Off Meeting Is Planned At The Initiative Of The Holder Within 24 Hours Of Notification.
