Building Construction Work – Krh Gmbh - New Building Rgz Lehrte - Total Contractor. Klinikum Region Hannover Gmbh (Krh) Is Planning To Build A New Building For A Regional Health Center (Rgz) On The Lehrte Health Campus. In Accordance With The Medical Strategy 2030, The Rgz Combines Outpatient And Inpatient Services At One Location, So That Needs-Oriented And Cross-Sector Care Is Possible. The Main Project Goal Is The Economical Construction Of The New Rgz Building, Taking Time And Quality Requirements Into Account. The Aim Is Also The Turnkey Construction Of A Functional New Building In Accordance With The Current Legal And Technical Requirements Within The Specified Cost Framework. The Location Of The Planned New Rgz Building Is In The Northeastern Area On The Health Campus Of The Hospital In Lehrte With Access From Am Stadtpark Street. The Possible Construction Site Is Located On The Site Of The Former Helipad. The New Rgz Building Is Subject To A Tight Budget. Against This Background, Krh Gmbh Has Specified An Available Total Project Budget Of Eur 23.5 Million Gross, Which Must Be Adhered To. During The Negotiation Process, The Bidders Must Verify The Implementation Of The Specified Spatial Program And The Flbs Qualitative Specifications While Adhering To The Specified Upper Cost Limit And Prepare An Extended Feasibility Study. If The Result Cannot Be Proven To Be Feasible Taking Into Account The Specifications, The Bidder Must Clearly Demonstrate Which Areas Of The Spatial Program Can Be Implemented Taking Into Account The Qualitative Specifications Of The Flb And The Specified Upper Cost Limit. The Prioritization On The Ag Side Must Be Observed Here. The Construction Site Is Accessible In Terms Of Traffic And Infrastructure And Has Sufficient Construction Site Space. However, It Must Be Taken Into Account That The New Rgz Building Must Be Planned And Carried Out Independently In Terms Of Development. In Coordination With The User, The Creation Of A Supply Concept And A Spatial Program Was Commissioned. The Corresponding Results Are Included In The Tender Documents. In Addition, The Functional Requirements According To The Room Type Book And The Flb Must Be Taken Into Account In The Further Course. The Room Program Serves As A Guideline For Planning Content. Accordingly, The Following Uses, Among Others, Must Be Integrated Into The New Rgz Building: - Doctors Practices - Inpatient Beds - Dialysis - Clinical Outpatient Clinics - Operating Theaters (3 Pcs.) - Care With Outpatient Stay - Physiotherapy - Medical Supply Store - - Administration/Management - Supply And Disposal - Service Facilities A Total Of 3,136 M² Nuf Is To Be Realized In Planning And Execution By The Contractor. The Areas Operated By Krh Gmbh In Accordance With The Supply Concept Are Mandatory And The External Areas Are To Be Implemented Within The Budget If Possible. The Project Realization Is Subject To Financing
