Maria Grzegorzewska In Sławno, With Transport To The Place Of Residence After Finishing The Classes. The Service Is To Be Provided On School Days, From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027. The Transport Is To Be Carried Out Along The Route Of Regular Transport Lines, With Priority For Children And Young People - On The Basis Of Named Monthly Tickets, Taking Into Account The Statutory Discounts To Which Students Are Entitled In Public Transport, Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1992 On The Entitlement To Discounted Travel On Public Transport. The Service Is To Enable Students And Children To Travel By Bus From Their Place Of Residence To School And From School To Their Place Of Residence, Taking Into Account The Start And End Times Of School Classes, As Well As Adjusting The Number Of Trips And The Capacity (Number Of Seats) Of Buses In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard And In Accordance With The Lists Included In The Swz: 1) List No. 1 - Number Of Students And Children Transported To Schools From Individual Towns, 2) List No. 2 - List Of Starting Hours Of School Classes In Individual Schools, 3) List No. 3 - List Of Transporting Students After Classes, 4) List No. 4 - List Of Places Where The Vehicle Stops (Stops). The Contractor, Taking Into Account The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And All The Conditions Set By The Ordering Party, Decides How Many Vehicles It Will Perform The Service. The Contractor Will Provide Rolling Stock Adequate To The Number Of Students And The Class Schedule, Guaranteeing Everyone A Seat. Care Cannot Be Provided By The Bus Driver. On Each Bus, Children And Students Are To Be Cared For By A Carer Employed For This Purpose. The Guardian Takes Care Of The Children And Ensures Their Safety During Transport And When Getting In And Out Of The Vehicle. The Postomino Commune Will Employ One Guardian - To Service Primary Schools In Pieszcz And Staniewice (The Organization Of Transport For These Schools Is Carried Out By One Common Bus). The Contractor Will Employ Caregivers For The Remaining Buses Intended To Provide The Service. Prices Of Monthly Tickets Must Include All Costs And Include The Contractors Remuneration For Performing All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract, Including The Remuneration Of Guardians. Children Are To Be Brought To School No Earlier Than 35 Minutes And No Later Than 5 Minutes Before The Start Of School Classes. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Provide Safe And Necessary Rolling Stock To Transport All Transported Children And Students, With An Appropriate Number Of Seats In The Vehicles Corresponding To The Number Of
