The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Realization Of The Supply Of Lighting Fixtures, Structural Elements And Electrical Assembly Material For Public Lighting For The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Public Lighting In The City Of Hranice, Including The Execution Of Lighting-Technical Calculations And Calculations Of Disturbing Light Proving Compliance With Standard Requirements. In The City Of Hranice, A Total Of 506 Light Fixtures Are To Be Replaced As Part Of The Contract. The Participant Must Declare And Prove The Saving Of Electricity Consumption In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Public Contract In The Amount According To His Offer, While Observing The Normative Values ​​For Street Lighting In Accordance With Čsn En 13 201 And Čsn 36 0459 (For More Details, See Appendix No. 1A Procurement Documentation (Zd)). The Participant Will Demonstrate The Above-Required Saving In Electrical Energy By Filling In The Installed Wattage Of The Luminaires Designed By Him In Appendix Zd No. 2 - Cover Sheet Of The Offer With The Resulting Data From The Table Specification Of Luminaires (Appendix Zd No. 8), While The Total Value Of The Installed Input Power Of The Newly Designed Luminaires Will Not Exceed 12.303 Kw. Failure To Meet The Maximum Limit Of The Total Value Of The Installed Power Input Of The Newly Designed Luminaires Will Be Considered By The Contracting Authority As Failure To Meet The Tender Conditions And Will Be A Reason For The Exclusion Of The Participant From The Tender Procedure According To § 48 Paragraph 2 A) Zzvz. The Contracting Authority Requires The Participant To Submit Lighting Technical Calculations And Calculations Of Disturbing Light Processed According To The Requirements Or Recommendations Of Tni And Čsn For Outdoor Lighting, Proving That All Requirements Have Been Met. Furthermore, The Participant Will Document The Data On The Offered Luminaire In The Form Of A Technical Sheet And Related Documents, Which Will Show The Electrical And Light-Technical Parameters. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Only Clean Deliveries To The Clients Headquarters - All Other Related Work And Activities (Assembly, Commissioning, Final Inspection, Etc.) Will Be Carried Out Directly By The Client.
