Floor Laying And Covering Work - Rd For Laying Floors And Floor Coverings. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Laying Of Floors And Floor Coverings For The General Faculty Hospital In Prague. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement According To § 131 Et Seq. Of The Law Concluded With 3 Suppliers. Fulfillment Will Take Place In Accordance With § 134 Of The Act, I.E. Without Renewal Of Competition Between The Participants Of The Framework Agreement Continuously For A Period Of 4 Years Of The Duration Of The Framework Agreement. The Implementation Of The Subject Of Performance Will Take Place According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority Based On The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement And The Individual Calls Of The Contracting Authority, Where The Scope And Place Of Performance Will Be Indicated.
