The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Services Related To The Delivery, In Particular Commissioning, Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation And Maintenance Of Vehicles, Presence Of The Contractors Representative During Commissioning And Warranty Service. Cars Adapted For Right-Hand Traffic. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk To The Address Of The Ordering Party (Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. In Bielsko-Biała, Ul. Krakowska 315 D, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała). The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Subject Of The Order, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order. Due Diligence Is Required In Fulfilling The Obligations Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Delivery Meets The Technical Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 1 To The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer A Description Of The Device Prepared On The Basis Of The Information And Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Annex No. 10 To The Swz Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order. Completion Deadline: 190 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Minimum Required Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For The Offered Subject Of The Order Is: For The Chassis, 24 Months Of Full Warranty From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order; 24-Month Full Warranty For The Installation, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order.
