The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Laundry Services For Hospital Underwear And Clothing, Including The Rental Of Hospital Bed Linen, As Well As The Implementation, Launch And Maintenance Of The Rfid System, Performed For The Ordering Party Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular: Disinfection; Water Washing And – If Necessary – Dry Cleaning; Stain Removal; Antistatic Rinsing; Drying; Mangle; Ironing; Folding; Assortment Segregation; Packaging And Foiling; Transport With Separation Of Clean And Dirty; Repair; Permanent Marking And Records In The Rfid System; Electronic Reporting; Maintaining The Required Levels Of Bedding. Services Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular The Act Of April 15, 2011 On Medical Activities And The Act Of December 5, 2008 On Preventing And Combating Infections And Infectious Diseases In Humans, As Well As In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Minister Of Health Of November 9, 2022 Regarding The Operation Of Laundry Facilities For Medical Entities (Annex No. 10 To Swz), Principles Of Technical And Epidemiological Knowledge And The Requirements Specified In The Swz And In The Draft Contract. The Services Are To Be Provided In A Way That Ensures The Continuity Of The Ordering Partys Medical Activities. Washing And Disinfection Technology 1. It Is Required To Use Water Washing Technology For Hospital Linen With Disinfection In A Thermal-Chemical Process. 2. Washing And Disinfecting Agents Must Be Effective Against Bacteria, Viruses, Fungi And Spores (Including Clostridioides Difficile) And Have Appropriate Certificates. Registration. 3. The Contractor Maintains Full Documentation Of The Disinfection Processes. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Submits The Results For Each Completed Month To The Hospital Infection Control Team. 1. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Perform Its Own Tests Of Clean Linen After The Washing Process Equipped With A Hygienic Barrier, In Conditions Consistent With The Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements Applicable In Laundries Providing Services To Health Care Units. 2. The Contractor Will Ensure Full Separation Of: Dirty And Clean Zones, Dirty And Clean Transport, Contaminated Underwear, Neonatal And Pediatric Underwear And Surgical Clothing. 3. The Contractor Shall Maintain Up-To-Date Documents Confirming Compliance With Sanitary Requirements Throughout The Entire Implementation Period. Sanitary Inspector (The Laundry Room Has A Hygienic Barrier And Meets The Requirements For Health Care Units) And At Least One Inspection Report Of The Sanitary Inspector From The Last 12 Months Not Revealing Any Irregularities
