Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical Distribution Equipment – ​​Framework Agreement For 24 Months: Maintenance And Operation Services Related To The Investment Objective: Planning Of Energy Production Park From Renewable Sources For Sale At The U.A.T. Level - Brașov Municipality. The Object Of The Framework Agreement Is The Provision Of Operation And Maintenance Services For The Stupini Photovoltaic Power Plant (Cef), With An Installed Capacity Of 19.95 Mw, Owned By The Municipality Of Brașov, In Order To Ensure The Continuous, Safe And Efficient Operation Of The Electricity Production Facilities From Renewable Sources And To Maintain The Technical Performance Of The Equipment At The Designed Parameters. The Maintenance Services Cover All The Installations And Equipment That Make Up The Photovoltaic Plant, Including The Photovoltaic Panel Field, The Supporting Structures, The Inverters, The Dc And Ac Switchboards, The Transformer Stations, The Medium Voltage Electrical Installations, The Protection, Command And Automation Systems, The Scada Monitoring And Control System, The Communication Systems, The Measurement And Control Systems, As Well As The Auxiliary Electrical Infrastructure. The Provider Will Ensure The Implementation Of The Maintenance Assurance Program (Pam), Which Establishes The Maintenance Strategy, The Periodicity Of Activities, The Necessary Resources, The Work Procedures And The Responsibilities Related To The Operation Of The Facilities, In Order To Maintain Them In An Optimal State Of Operation And Reduce The Risk Of Defects Or Unavailability. The Services That Are The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Include, But Are Not Limited To: • Minor Preventive Maintenance, Consisting Of Periodic Surveillance, Inspection, Verification, Testing And Routine Maintenance Activities; • Major Preventive Maintenance, Consisting Of Planned Overhaul Works, Repairs And Replacement Of Components; • Corrective Maintenance, Consisting Of Interventions To Fix Defects And Put The Installations Back Into Operation; • Equipment Performance Monitoring Through The Scada System; • Carrying Out Technical Inspections, Functional Tests And Specific Measurements Of Electrical Installations; • Fault Diagnosis, Repair And Replacement Of Worn Or Defective Components; • Ensuring The Operation Of Auxiliary Systems, Including Video Monitoring Systems, Perimeter Lighting And Access Infrastructure; • Drawing Up Technical Reports On The Maintenance Activities And Performance Indicators Of The Plant. By Providing Maintenance Services, The Goal Is To Ensure A High Availability Of The Photovoltaic Plant, Increase Equipment Reliability, Reduce Downtime, Optimize Operating Costs And Maintain Electricity Production Within The Designed Parameters, In Accordance With The Applicable Technical Regulations In The Field Of Electricity And The Rules Issued By Anre.
