Evida Offers A Total Turnkey Delivery Of Physical Security Of Approx. 600 Locations Throughout Denmark With Subsequent Service, Maintenance And Support. Evida Is Denmarks Gas Distribution Company And Part Of The Critical Infrastructure. The Project Must Ensure A Uniform And Documentable Security Level Across Locations, As Well As Support Requirements For Resilience, Preparedness And Operational Reliability. The Tender Is Carried Out By Evida Service A/S (Cvr No. 40318941), Which Has Its Headquarters At Vognmagervej 14, 8800 Viborg, But Such That Both The Main Contract Agreement And The Service Agreement Are Tendered And Entered Into As A Group Agreement On Behalf Of All Current And Future Companies In The Evida Group, Including Evida Gasnet A/S. Scope And Main Services: The Offer Includes A Total Delivery From One Main Contractor With Nationwide Delivery, Installation And Service Capacity. The Delivery Includes Design, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Physical Security Solutions At Evidas Approx. 600 Locations. The Solution Includes, Among Other Things, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Perimeter Security, Lighting And Loudspeakers At Selected Locations As Well As Necessary Technical Cabinets, It Equipment, Documentation And As-Built Material. The Solution Must Be Prepared For Integration With Evidas Existing It/Ot Environment. Evida Takes Care Of The Overall System Integration Itself, While The Supplier Must Ensure Well-Documented And Unambiguous Interfaces For The Delivered Systems. After The Establishment Phase, The Supplier Must Provide Service, Maintenance And Support In Accordance With A Service Agreement With A Basic Term Of Four Years And The Possibility Of Extension For Up To A Further Four Years. Tender Form And Material: The Tender Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation In Accordance With The Utility Company Directive And With Prior Pre-Qualification Of A Maximum Of 4 Tenderers. In Order To Protect Critical Infrastructure, Parts Of The Detailed Tender Documents Will Only Be Made Available To The Pre-Qualified Companies After Signing A Non-Disclosure Agreement (Nda).
