The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals Intended For Collective Accommodation Centers For People In Precarious Situations. Services Include The Provision Of Ready-To-Eat Meals, Daily On-Site Delivery And The Provision Of Containers And Equipment Necessary For Transport And Service. The Service Provider Ensures The Provision Of The Following Meals: ● Breakfast (Cold Meal Authorized); ● Dinner / Main Hot Meal; ● Snacks, If Available. Meals Must Be Balanced And Nutritious, Adapted To The Needs Of A Population In Vulnerable Situations And Composed In Such A Way As To Guarantee A Sufficient Intake Of Proteins, Lipids And Carbohydrates. Menus Must Be Communicated In Advance (1 Week Before Actual Delivery).
