The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Conducting Nationwide Field Tests And Laboratory Determinations Of Selected Biochemical Indicators Of Venous Blood (Scope Of Procedures Below) In A Group Of 360 People Aged 15-69, Indicated By The Medical University Of Lodz. The Aim Of The Study Is To Compare The Effectiveness Of Various Prophylactic And Therapeutic Models In The Prevention Of Cardiometabolic Multi-Morbidities. Study Group: A Total Of 360 People (15-69 Years Old), Selected From The Participants Of A Prospective Study Based On The Inclusion And Exclusion Criteria. Respondents Will Be Randomly Assigned To Three Equal Groups (3 X 120) With A Similar Distribution By Gender And Age. Different Types Of Interventions Will Be Carried Out In The Study Groups, But The Same Panel Of Diagnostic Tests Will Be Planned In Each Of Them. The Studies Will Be Carried Out Three Times (1St Study After 6 Months, 2Nd Study After 12 Months, 3Rd Study 24 Months After The Beginning Of The Intervention).
