It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Financial And Human Resource Management Services And System Package (2). The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Financial And Personnel Management Service And System Complex Of Tampereen Kaupunkiliken Oy. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Areas As Follows: 1) Financial Management Services And System And 2) Personnel Management Services And System. The Tenderer Must Offer Both Areas. The Object Of The Procurement Is An Overall Solution That Includes System Delivery, Commissioning And Ongoing Services. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Whole And Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. The Anticipated Total Value Of The Acquisition Is Estimated At 1 Million Euros (Vat 0%). The Agreement Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of Three (3) Years From The Approved Commissioning, After Which The Agreement Will Continue Indefinitely, Unless It Is Terminated In Accordance With The Terms Of The Agreement. Option The Procurement Includes As An Option The Service And Maintenance System Of Tampereen Kaupunkiliikenne Oys Repair Shop. Offering The Option Is Not Mandatory, And There Are No Consequences For The Offeror For Not Offering It. The Option Is Compared Separately And The Subscriber Also Decides Separately On Its Implementation. The Option Comparison Is Made Based On The Cheapest Price. The Customer Is Not Obliged To Acquire The Service And Maintenance System Of The Repair Shop Based On This Tender, But The Customer Can, If He So Wishes, Tender The System Also In His Own Tender. The Estimated Value Of The Service And Maintenance System Option For The Repair Shop For A Period Of Four (4) Years Is Approximately 100,000 – 150,000 Euros (Vat 0%).
