The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Brand New Protection Terminals For The 400/110 Kv Jarosław Systemowa Power Station. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Part Ii Of The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Option Provides For: A) Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees For Each Type Of Security Terminal To Be Delivered, To The Extent And On The Terms Specified In Part Ii Of The Swz (Opz), Point 1.3. And B) Delivery Of Additional Security Terminals, To The Extent And Under The Terms Specified In Part Ii Of The Swz (Opz), Point 1.4. 4. Each Time, In All Cases In Which The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned. The Above Means That The Contractor May Use The Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Or Equivalent. 5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act, The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Act, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 393 Section 1 Point 4) Of The Act, In Which The Share Of Products, Including Software Used In Telecommunications Network Equipment, Originating From European Union Member States, Countries With Which The European Union Has Concluded Agreements On Equal Treatment Of Entrepreneurs, Or Countries To Which The Provisions Of Directive 2014/25/Eu Apply Pursuant To A Council Decision Does Not Exceed 50%.
