Architectural Design Services – Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Research, Teaching And Administrative Building And A Sports Field With An Underground Garage. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Developing Multi-Discipline Design Documentation (Construction And Executive Documentation) For Investment Tasks Entitled: Construction Of A Research, Teaching And Administrative Building And Construction Of A Sports Field With An Underground Garage At The Fire Academy In Warsaw, Together With Obtaining All Necessary And Required Documents, In Particular Decisions And Arrangements Related To Obtaining Final Administrative Decisions Authorizing The Commencement And Conduct Of Construction, As Well As Providing Authors Supervision Over The Subsequent Implementation Of Construction Works. 2. The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Proceedings Provides For The Option Described In § 1 Section 37 Of Annex No. 2 To The Description Of Needs And Requirements (Opiw) Entitled Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. Subject To Changes Resulting From Possible Negotiations, The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed To The Extent And In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opiw Together With Its Annexes, In Particular In Annex No. 1 To The Opiw Entitled: Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Opz), The Documentation Attached To The Opz, Annex No. 2 To The Opiw Entitled: Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ppu), And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 4. The Ordering Party Expects The Order To Be Completed No Later Than December 31, 2032. From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Detailed Requirements In This Respect Are Regulated In Opz And Ppu.
