This Procedure Is Part Of The Maintenance Of The Rail Networks (Metro – Rer), Surface Networks And Ratp Buildings And Concerns Asphalt Work. This Is A Framework Agreement With Multi-Awardees Orders Comprising A Maximum Amount - €10,800,000 Excluding Tax And A Minimum Amount - €5,400,000 Excluding Tax Which Is Executed By Issuing A Delivery Or Service Order (Ols) Whose Amounts Are Allocated As Follows: - The Candidate Ranked First, After The Final Technical-Financial Analysis, Will Be Allocated 60% Of The Amount Of The Contract (Understood 60% Of The Minimum Amount - €6,480,000 Excluding Tax And 60% Of The Maximum Amount - €3,240,000 Excluding Tax); - The Candidate Ranked Second, After The Final Technical-Financial Analysis, Will Be Awarded 40% Of The Amount Of The Contract (Meaning 40% Of The Minimum Amount - €4,320,000 Excluding Tax And 40% Of The Maximum Amount - €2,160,000 Excluding Tax). For Information Purposes (This Data May Vary During The Execution Of The Contract), The Work To Be Carried Out Under This Contract: - The Work Is Usually Carried Out 100% At Night But Can Potentially Be Carried Out During The Day; - Average Number Of Orders Per Year: 15; - Average Order Amount: €66K; - Median Order Amount: €30K; - Stopping Point - Metro: 700 Square Meters Per Order; - An Rer Platform: 1,000 Square Meters Per Order. This Work Will Be Carried Out Mainly At Night And Potentially During The Day. These Services Include In Particular: - The Installation Of Fences And Site Rights-Of-Way - The Creation Of Decking - The Removal Of The Old Asphalt - The Installation Of The New Covering - The Replacement Of Tactile Slabs The Description Of The Works And Their Technical Specifications Are Indicated In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp), And The Construction Constraints In The Specifications Of Special Construction Clauses (Ccpr). This Contract Includes An Obligation Of Results Taking Into Account The Constraints And Requirements Of The Ratp. Delivery Or Service Orders (Ols), Like This Framework Agreement, May Be Specified Or Modified Unilaterally Through Service Orders (Os). Delivery Or Service Orders (Ols) Are Issued By Ratp To One Or Other Of The Holders According To Their Operational Needs. For Asphalt Requirements Exceeding €250,000 Excluding Tax, Ratp May Carry Out A Separate Specific Consultation. This Contract Is Interchangeably Referred To As Framework Agreement And Contract.
