The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services Of Organizing An Exhibition Stand Of The Silesian Voivodeship, The Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis And The City Of Katowice At The International Real Estate And Investment Fair Expo Real 2026. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into The Following Tasks: 2.1. Task 1 - Design And Construction Of An Exhibition Stand, Including Assembly And Disassembly, 2.2. Task 2 - Maintenance Of The Exhibition Stand Along With Comprehensive Technical And Catering Services, 2.3. Task 3 - Transport Service Of Promotional Materials (Only For The Silesian Voivodeship), 2.4. Task 4 - Organizing The Trip Of A Delegation Of People (Only For The Silesian Voivodeship), 2.5. Task 5 – Purchase Of Additional Tickets To The Fair (Only For The Silesian Voivodeship), 2.6. Task 6 – Organizing A Business Dinner (Only For The Silesian Voivodeship). 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (In Short: Opz) Is Annex No. 3 To The Swz/Appendix No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 4. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Regarding The Above Public Procurement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract, Are Included In: 4.1 Annex No. 2A To The Swz - Silesian Voivodeship; 4.2 Annex No. 2B To Swz - Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis (Gzm); 4.3 Annex No. 2C To Swz - City Of Katowice. 5. The Stand Must Have, Among Others: Platform Floor (Min. 3 And Max. 5 Cm). The Edges Are Illuminated Along Their Entire Length, Enabling Easy Access For People With Disabilities. The Floor Should Be Covered Appropriately, E.G. High-Quality Carpet Or Matt Or Glossy Non-Slip Panels. The Edges Of The Carpet/Panels Should Be Protected With A Strip.
