Prior Information Notice For It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Virtual Energy System. The Port Of Rotterdam Authority Intends To Tender The Virtual Energy System (Ves) Project Through A Non-Public European Tender. With The Realization Of This Project, The Port Of Rotterdam Wants To Develop A Simulation Capability Within Its Own Organization For Various Energy Issues That Arise In The Port. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Reach A Framework Agreement With At Least One, Possibly More, Candidates As Of January 1, 2027. The Assignment Includes; - Making Proven Successful Simulation Tooling Or Models Available In A Manner That Is Suitable For Users Of The Port Of Rotterdam Authority - Training And Guiding Users In Independently Performing (Simple) Analyzes - Providing Optional Consultancy And Advisory Services Aimed At Optimization And Further Development.
