The Main Goal Of The Project Is To Improve The Functioning Of The Medical Care Center In Jarosław, Increase The Efficiency Of Providing Health Services, Provide Patients With Appropriate Care And Better Access To Information About Their Health Condition By Supporting The Computerization Process And Improving The Quality Of Medical Care Provided In The Facility. 3.4. The Contractor Selected Under This Public Procurement Procedure Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Principle Of Doing No Serious Harm To Environmental Purposes (Dnsh - Do No Significant Harm), Referred To In Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On Establishing A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments (In Order To Recognize That The Contractor Meets The Requirements Regarding The Dnsh Principle, It Will Be Sufficient For The Contractor To Submit A Declaration Of Compliance With The Six Dnsh Environmental Objectives). 3.5.
