Cleaning Services – Outsourcing The Cleaning Of The Premises Of New Samusocial Vzw. Object Of The Services: The Object Of This Contract Is To Provide Cleaning Services For The New Samusocial Shelters In Brussels, Where Homeless And Vulnerable People Are Accommodated. The Services Include: The Daily Cleaning And Disinfection Of Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Common Areas And Administrative Premises, According To An Approach Adapted To The Different Levels Of Health Risks; The Application Of The Hygiene Protocols Established By New Samusocial, As Described In The Technical Requirements And The Appendices To These Specifications. The Services Are Mainly Carried Out On Weekends And Public Holidays, With The Possibility Of Also Being Involved On Weekdays At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. Place Of Performance Of The Services: The Services Are Provided In The New Samusocial Reception Centers Located In The Territory Of The Brussels-Capital Region. On The Date Of Publication Of These Specifications, This Concerns Ten Centres. This Number May Change During The Execution Of The Assignment, As New Samusocial May Be Forced To Open Or Close Centers.
