Cleaning And Sanitation Services – Framework Agreement - Cleaning Of Communal Buildings In The City Of Franqueville-Saint-Pierre. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Clean The Premises Of The City Of Franqueville-Saint-Pierre For The Period 2026-2030. The Services Concern: - Cleaning Of Administrative Buildings And Community Rooms; - Cleaning Of Sports Equipment; - Cleaning The Windows Of Various Municipal Buildings. This Framework Agreement Consists Of Regular, One-Off And On-Demand Services Depending On The Equipment To Be Cleaned. The Services Will Be The Subject Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Without Minimum And With A Maximum Of 125,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax/Year In Application Of Articles R. 2162-2 Et Seq., R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of One (1) Year, Which Will Begin From August 1, 2026, Or From Notification If This Is Later. This Contract Is Renewable 3 Times Per Period Of One (1) Year, For A Maximum Validity Period Of 48 Months, Or 4 Years. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Single Economic Operator. This Consultation Is Launched Following The Open Call For Tenders Procedure In Application Of Articles R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2 1° And R. 2161-2 To R. 2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders Is Not Allocated, In Accordance With Articles L. 2113-11 And R. 2113-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code, The Reason For Non-Allotment Is The Following: The Allocation In Separate Lots Is Likely To Make The Execution Of The Services Financially More Expensive
