The Work To Be Carried Out Is Located In Spuiboulevard Oost In Dordrecht Between Spuiweg And Johan De Wittstraat. The Project Location Is In The 19Th-Century Schil West Of Dordrecht. Various Streets And Buildings Are Being Developed In This Area. The Implementation Of The Spuiweg Will Start When The Burgemeester De Raadtsingel And The Dordthuis Area Are Still Being Completed. The Demolition Of The Hellingen Building Will Start From September 2026 And The Redevelopment Of The Spuiboulevard East Will Start From October 2026.
