The Assignment Concerns The Integral Engineering, Design Development, Advice And Technical Coordination For The Realization Of Approximately 12,800 M² Gross Floor Area Of New Construction For Campus Venlo. The Construction Will Take Place At The Current Location At Tegelseweg 255, Replacing The Outdated W1 Building And Part Of The Campus Site. After Completion Of The New Construction, Building W1 Will Be Demolished. Part Of The Site Will Then Be Designed According To The New Campus Concept And Parking Will Be Created At Ground Level. The Repurposing Of Building W3 And The Immediately Surrounding Area Around W3 Are Outside The Scope Of The New Construction Project. The Assignment Concerns Integral Optimization Within Spatial, Functionality And Quality Frameworks And To Translate This Into A Technically Feasible, Sustainable And Future-Oriented Design. In Addition, The Total Engineer Acts As An Advisor To Fontys And Investigates, Compares And Substantiates The Different Design Variants. - The Assignment Concerns The Integral Engineering, Design Development, Advice And Technical Coordination For The Realization Of Approximately 12,800 M² Gross Floor Area Of New Construction For Campus Venlo. - The Designing Parties Are Responsible For Developing A Flexible, Future-Proof And (Modular) Building Concept That Offers Space For Approximately 2,750 Students (With A Bandwidth Of 2,500-3,000 Students) And 250 Fte Employees, Furnished According To The Fontys-Wide Sticky Campus Concept. - The Assignment Concerns The Execution Of The Design Work, In Accordance With The Scope And Principles Described In This Tender Guideline. The Contracting Authority Does Not Determine A Target Budget For The Realization In This Phase. Determination Of A Target Realization Budget Takes Place In The Award Phase And Will Form Part Of The Agreement. Based On The Scope, Principles And Reference Frameworks, An Indicative Estimate Of The Construction Costs Can Be Issued By The Contracting Authority In The Award Phase. The Construction Costs For The Realization Of The Project Have Been Estimated Indicatively Within A Bandwidth.
