The Coastal Administration Reserves The Right To Ensure That The Price Is Within The Budget And Can Therefore Cancel The Tenders If Necessary. If The Contractor Cannot Document That He Has The Necessary Competence/Experience, The Tender May Be Rejected. A Contract Will Be In Accordance With The Rules In Ns 8406.
