Ltchomes.Net Is Relied Upon Daily By Ltc Home Operators, Ministry Staff, And Members Of The Public To Support Mandatory Reporting, Regulatory Compliance, And Public Transparency Requirements. The Required Services Include The Provision And Operation Of A Secure Hosting Environment That Conforms To Ontario Public Service (Ops) Standards; Ongoing Infrastructure And Application Support And Maintenance; Monitoring, Backup, And Recovery Services; Incident And Problem Management; And The Design, Development, Testing, And Implementation Of Ministry‑Approved Enhancements And Changes To Support Legislative, Operational, Or Security Requirements. The Solution Includes A Secure Ltc Homes Portal, The Critical Incident System (Cis), And Public Reporting Components. The Successful Vendor Will Be Responsible For Maintaining The Existing Solution In A Stable And Secure Manner While Supporting Continuity Of Operations During A Transitional Period, Including Ministry‑Directed Changes And The Phased Migration Of Functionality To Modern Digital Platforms. All Services Must Be Delivered In Compliance With Applicable Ops Security, Privacy, Accessibility, And French Language Requirements. Scope Of Work The Ministry Requires A Vendor To Provide Secure Hosting, Infrastructure, Application Support, And Maintenance Services For The Ltchomes.Net Solution. Services Include Operation Of A Non Cloud, Ops Compliant Hosting Environment; Ongoing Infrastructure, Application, And Database Maintenance; Tier 2 And Tier 3 Incident, Problem, And Change Management; System Monitoring And Alerting; Backup And Recovery; Security And Privacy Compliance; And Support For Ministry Approved Enhancements, Assessments, And Transition Activities. Ltchomes.Net Is A Business Critical Platform That Supports Legislated Reporting, Regulatory Oversight, Critical Incident Reporting, And Public Access To Inspection Information For Licensed Long Term Care (Ltc) Homes Across Ontario. These Services Are Required To Ensure Continuity Of Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Data Security, And System Stability While The Ministry Continues Its Phased Transition Of Legacy Functionality To Modern Digital Platforms. Services Are Required For An Initial Contract Term Commencing Around July 15, 2026, With Up To Two (2) Additional One Year Extension Options Exercisable At The Sole Discretion Of The Ministry. Hosting And Support Services Must Be Available On A 24X7 Basis For The Duration Of The Contract, Including During Transition In, Steady State Operations, And Transition Out Activities. Services Must Be Delivered In Support Of Ltc Homes, Ministry Users, And Public Users Across Ontario. All Hosting Infrastructure, Systems, Data Storage, And Processing Must Be Physically Located Within The Geographic Boundaries Of The Province Of Ontario, In Accordance With Ops Security, Privacy, And Legislative Requirements.
