Through This European Public Tender, The Ether Advertising Foundation (Hereinafter: Ster) Wishes To Conclude An Agreement With One Contractor For The Provision Of Advertising Activities For Sters Corporate Campaign. The Corporate Campaign Is An Important Instrument For Increasing Brand Awareness, Generating Leads And Attracting New Customers And Therefore Remains An Essential Part Of Sters Marketing Strategy. For More Information, See The Tender Documents, In Particular The Tender Guidelines. The Estimated Size Of The Assignment Is Approximately €100,000 (Excl. Vat) Per Year For The Development And Implementation Of The Corporate Campaign (Concept And Creation). This Is Based On Sters Expenditure In Recent Years. The Total Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is Therefore Approximately €400,000 (Excl. Vat) For The Maximum Term Of The Agreement Including Any Extensions. The Maximum Value Of The Agreement Is Capped At 150% Of The Estimated Order Value, Being € 600,000 (Excl. Vat) To Accommodate Peaks Or Additional Work, Whereby This Maximum Is Indexed Annually In Accordance With The Indexation As Stated In The Agreement. The Size Mentioned Is Indicative. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Rights From This In Any Way. Ster Has No Purchase Obligation And Does Not Provide A Turnover Guarantee. All Amounts Mentioned Are Exclusive Of Vat.
