The Contractual Tasks Can Be Divided Into 2 Main Implementation Phases: 1. Technical Inspection Tasks To Be Performed During Construction: - Conducts And Documents The Handover Of The Work Area, Notifies The Public Utilities, Authorities, Authorities, Checks The Information Of The Construction Start, Announces The Start Of The Construction To The Competent Bodies. - Verification Of The Correctness Of The Designation. - Based On The Technical Description And Itemized Budget Of The Construction Contract Concluded With The Winner Of The Public Procurement Procedure, The Technical Control Of The Construction - Construction Activity According To The Relevant Legislation (With Special Regard To Government Decree 191/2009 And Act Lxix Of 2023). - The Chief Technical Inspector Or His Deputy Ensuring The Continuous, On-Site Presence Of Those Interested In The Implementation, At Least Every 2 Weeks. - Time And Space Coordination Of The Activities Of Other Operators, Managers And Contractors Independent Of The Contractors Duties, Organizing And Conducting The Necessary Coordinations, Documenting The Progress Of The Construction With At Least 50 Pictures During The Construction Period, In Accordance With The Invoicing Schedule Related To The Construction (Especially About The Structures Before Covering, The Condition Of The Work Area, Some More Complicated Of Work Processes) Delivered Digitally, In One Copy, For Invoicing.
