Cleaning Services - Dns - Cleaning Services For Parking Facilities. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Introduction Of A Dynamic Purchasing System (Dns). In Its Essence, Dns Is A Marketplace For A Certain Range Of The Contracting Partys Needs, Which Is Still Accessible To New Suppliers Who Must Prove Their Eligibility - Qualification - To Enter This Marketplace. Dns Is A Fully Electronic (I.E. Operated Solely Through An Electronic Tool), Open Procurement System. The Goal Of Introducing The Dns Is To Have A Range Of Suppliers Who Will Be Able To Fulfill The Subject Of Partial Public Contracts In The Established Dns In Response To The Current Needs Of The Client. Through Partial Public Contracts Awarded In The Established Dns, The Contracting Authority Will Provide Ordinary And Extraordinary Cleaning Services For The Interior And Exterior Of Parking Facilities, In Particular Mechanical And Manual Cleaning Of Parking Areas And Communication Areas, Staircases, Elevators, Toilets, Service Facilities, Cleaning Of Horizontal And Vertical Structures, Services For Parking Lots, And Possibly Other Facilities, Through A Flexible And Administratively Less Demanding Process. The Introduction Of Dns Does Not In Any Way Oblige The Client To Use It. Dns Is Not Divided Into Categories According To § 138, Paragraph 1 Zzvz. The Awarding Of Partial Public Contracts In The Dns Is Governed In Particular By The Provisions Of §141 Zzvz. The Subject Of The Performance Of Partial Public Contracts Awarded In The Established Dns Will Be Cleaning Services For Parking Lots And Possibly Other Buildings In The Capital City Of Prague. The Contracting Authority Assumes The Conclusion Of Partial Contracts With The Following Basic Requirements: • Cleaning Of The Interior And Exterior Of Parking Facilities • Ensuring Mechanical Cleaning Of Parking And Service Areas • Ensuring Mechanical Cleaning Of Snow And Sprinkling Of Salt In Parking And Service Areas • Ensuring Sweeping Of Parking And Service Areas (Mechanical Or Manual) • Ensuring Wet Mopping Of Floors • Wiping Dust • Removing Cobwebs • Washing Glass Fillings • Cleaning Of Staircases • Cleaning Of Elevator Cabins • Cleaning Of Public And Non-Public Toilets • Cleaning Of Office Spaces – Service Background • Cleaning Of Horizontal And Vertical Structures • Luxuring And Buffing Of Carpets • Garbage Collection • Emptying Of Bins The Subject Of Individual Partial Contracts Can Be Any List Of Requested Activities. The Subject Of Partial Public Contracts Entered Into In The Established Dns, Including Technical, Business And Payment Conditions And Parameters, Will Always Be Defined In Detail Within The Individual Calls For Tenders In Accordance With § 141 Zzvz.
