Software Package And Information Systems – Personnel Scheduling Software. The Subject Of The Present Procedure Is The Conclusion Of An Evb Cloud Contract For The Procurement Of A Workforce Management Or Personnel Deployment Planning Solution (Wfm/Pep). The Software Is Provided As A Cloud Solution (Software-As-A-Service) And Must Be Productively Usable For The Client By June 1, 2027 At The Latest. The Evb-It Contract Is Concluded Upon Award Of The Contract For A Minimum Contract Period Of Twelve Months From The Time The System Is Operational. The Contract Is Automatically Extended By 12 Months If It Is Not Terminated On Time. This Is Not A Framework Agreement. The Services Available Under The Contract Are Made Available To The Shareholder Aok Plus - The Health Fund For Saxony And Thuringia For Use By Its Employees And, For Optional Use By Employees, Its Subsidiary Aok Plus Service Gmbh. In Addition, Aok Bayern - Die Gesundheitkasse And The Client Themselves Can Receive Services From The Contract. In Addition, The Services Will Be Available For Two Other Clients Who Cannot Yet Be Named. These Are (1) Future Shareholders Of The Client, (2) Organizations That Are Directly Or Indirectly Organizationally Linked To The Client, Regardless Of Majority Or Control Relationships Under Corporate Law, (3) Subsidiaries, Affiliated Companies, Service Companies, Joint Facilities Or Other Organizational Units That Perform Tasks For Or Jointly With The Client Or Its Shareholders And/Or (4) Organizations That Are Transferred To The Client As Part Of A Restructuring, Merger, Division Or Other Corporate Or Organizational Law Measures Take The Place Of One Of The Aforementioned Organizations. Overall, The Solution To Be Offered Must Be Able To Cover The Separate Processing Of Data From Six Clients. In Addition To The Licenses For Software Rental, The Scope Of Services Includes The Following Services: (1) Bringing About Operational Readiness, (2) Implementation Support, (3) Training, (4) Development And Consulting Services, (5) Provision Of A Mobile App And (6) Software Maintenance (App). For Aok Plus, 1,500 Licenses Are Required For Software Rental. The Specific Scope Of The Required Software Can Be Found In The Service Description (Appendix 9-1 Of The Application Conditions) And The Price Sheet (Appendix 15 Of The Application Conditions).
