Architectural Services For Buildings – Renovation Of Mühlbachhalle Schemmerhofen, Property Planning (Restricted Planning Competition). The Municipality Of Schemmerhofen Intends To Award The Property Planning (Lph 1-8) In Accordance With Section 34 Paragraph 3 Hoai 2021 For The Renovation Of The Mühlbachhalle In Schemmerhofen By Means Of A Negotiated Procedure With A Preliminary Restricted Planning Competition. The Commissioning Should Take Place Gradually. In The First Stage, Lph 1-4 Should Be Commissioned. The Client Intends To Request Further Lph (5-8) As The Planning And Execution Of The Construction Project Continues. The Client Reserves The Right To Limit The Commission To Individual Service Phases Or Partial Services Of Individual Service Levels Or To Individual Sections Of The Construction Project.
