It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Scalable Ai Solution For Automated Metadata Enrichment Of Technical Documents Of The Building Inventory (Metabbw). - As Well As Transfer The Documents And Associated Metadata To The Dvtu. For This Area Of Application, A Human-In-The-Loop Approach Must Be Provided So That Generated Metadata And Processing Results Can Be Checked, Corrected And Released Before Adoption. B. Optimization Of Existing Metadata - At Least 20,000, Maximum 1,000,000 Tus (Performance Part B) For Tus That Already Exist In The Dvtu But Have Inadequate Or Incorrect Metadata Quality, The Ai Pipeline Must Support Optimization Of The Existing Metadata. This Includes In Particular The Detection Of Incomplete Or Inconsistent Metadata, The Implementation Of Technical Plausibility Checks, The Harmonization Of Spellings, The Detection Of Potential Duplicates And The Generation Of Technical Correction Suggestions. To Do This, Existing Tus Including Existing Metadata Must Be Able To Be Exported From The Dvtu, Analyzed And Processed Through The Ai Pipeline. The Changed Or Optimized Metadata Must Be Able To Be Checked, Corrected And Released By Competent People On The Clients Side. A Human-In-The-Loop Approach Is Also Mandatory In This Area Of Application. The Project Will Be Carried Out In An Agile Manner And In Several Stages. With The Award Of The Contract, The Client Bindingly Commissions The Contractor With The Following Services: - Conception, Development And Provision Of An Operational Basic Solution For The Processing Solution/Ai Pipeline For The Newly Developed Metadata (Service Part A) Within The First Six Months After The Award. The Basic Solution Must Include The Human-In-The-Loop Approach, Include The Quality Criteria After Six Months From Table 1 Of The Service Description, And Be Able To Process The Tus And Transfer The Metadata And The Tus Into The Dvtu, - Provision, Operation, Maintenance And Support For The Basic Solution Of The Processing Solution/Ai Pipeline For One Year (From Month Seven After The Award), - Implementation Of The Development Of 200,000 Tus (From Month Seven After Surcharge), - Further Development Services For The Technical Processing Solution/Ai Pipeline In The Amount Of 100 Person Days (From Month Seven After The Award). The Following Services Are Designed As Optional (Partial) Services, Which The Client May Access After The Award Of The Contract In Accordance With The Contractual Regulations: - Additional Development Services For The Technical Processing Solution / Ai Pipeline Amounting To 250 Person Days, - Implementation Of The Development Of A Further 2,000,000 Tus, - Further Provision, Operation, Maintenance And Support For The Technical Processing Solution / Ai Pipeline From Month 19 After The Award (Can Be Extended A Total Of 30 Times For Another Month). The Contractor Must Provide The Optional Services - Optionally And After Interim Decisions By The Client Regarding The Actual Execution. The Client May Use The Option
