Financial Leasing Services – Granting A Leasing Limit In The Amount Of Pln 110,000,000.00 Net For The Purchase Of Rolling Stock With Additional Equipment And Machinery. The Subject Of The Order Is To Grant A Leasing Limit With A Total Value Of Pln 110,000,000.00 Net For The Purchase Of Rolling Stock, Among Others. Special Vehicles (Including: Waste Collection Vehicles, Container Vehicles, Vehicles For Disinfection Of Waste Containers, Septic Tankers), Heavy Equipment (Including: Loaders And Wheeled Excavators) And Other Vehicles And Machines (Including: Shredders For Green And Bulky Waste), Necessary To Conduct The Operational Activities Of The Ordering Party, As Well As Additional Equipment For Vehicles (Scales, Rfid Readers, Gps Locators, 360-Degree Cameras) Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of Tasks Companies. All Vehicles, Additional Vehicle Equipment And Machines Financed Under The Granted Leasing Limit Will Be Brand New. The Vehicles Will Be Powered By Diesel Or Cng Gas. Single Units May Be Electric And Petrol Vehicles. The Limit Will Be Available For 18 Months From The Date Of Concluding The Agreement On Granting The Leasing Limit. During The Period Of Availability Of The Limit, The Ordering Party Will Conclude Leasing Agreements With The Contractor Until The Granted Limit Is Exhausted. Each Leasing Agreement Will Be Concluded On The Terms Specified In The Designed Provisions Of The Swz Agreement Section, Taking Into Account The Relevant Provisions Contained In The Conditions Regarding The Leasing Limit Section. The Ordering Party Will Select Suppliers Of Leased Items In Separate Public Procurement Procedures. There May Be Cases Of Purchases Of The Leased Item Without Public Procurement, As Long As The Value Of The Leased Item Does Not Exceed The Applicability Threshold Of The Public Procurement Law. Within The Granted Leasing Limit, The Ordering Party Plans To Purchase (Estimated Data): 1. Vehicles (Various Types), Heavy Equipment And Machines With A Total Value Of Approximately Pln 103,500,000.00 2. Additional Vehicle Equipment With A Total Value Of Approximately Pln 6,500,000 Selected Vehicles Delivered To The Ordering Party Will Be Adapted For Subsequent Installation Of Selected Equipment Items Listed In Point 2 Above. If The Vehicle Requires Additional Equipment, Leasing Contracts For The Vehicles Will Be Concluded First Point 2 Above, For Which The Ordering Party Will Conclude Separate Leasing Agreements. The Ordering Party Allows For The Conclusion Of Annexes To Each Leasing Agreement, Regulating The Change Of The Value Of The Leased Vehicle, And Changing The Schedule. The Ordering Party Also Allows The Conclusion Of A Leasing Contract For The Vehicle With Additional Equipment, After Installation On The Vehicle, Will Constitute One Fixed Asset (The Financing Party) Consents To Such Additional Equipment.
