The Aim Of The Works Is To Increase The Energy Performance Of The Boarding School Building, I.E. To Reduce Energy Consumption In Terms Of Ensuring And Maintaining The Internal Thermal Climate. The Building Has The Function Of A Boarding School, Height Regime S+P+4E, Built Area Of ​​296 M² And Unfolded Area Of ​​1,776 M². The Interventions Aim At The Thermal Rehabilitation Of The Envelope, The Replacement Of The External Carpentry, The Thermo- And Waterproofing Of The Terrace Roof, The Modernization Of The Heating, Sanitary And Air Conditioning/Ventilation Installations With Heat Recovery, The Creation Of A New Electrical Installation With Led Lighting And Presence Sensors, As Well As The Installation Of A System Of Photovoltaic Panels For The Production Of Energy From Renewable Sources (Minimum 50% Of The Requirements Related To The Concerned Utilities), With An Energy Storage System. Also Included Are Related Works (Repairs, Perimeter Pavement, Finishes) And Specific Structural Repair Works, Respecting The Principle Of Dnsh (Do No Significant Harm).
