Construction Work – Sale Of A Property With A Construction Obligation As Well As The Purchasers Obligation To Plan, Build And Operate A Facility For The Care And Accommodation Of People In Need Of Care. The Höchberg Market Intends To Use The Property Number No. 677/50 And 677/28 (Partial Area), Albert-Schweitzer-Straße 51, 97204 Höchberg, District Of Hexenbruch To Build A Project For The Care And Accommodation Of People In Need Of Care On The Former Derag Shop Center. The Höchberg Market Intends To Sell The Relevant Properties With A Total Area Of ​​Approx. 5,200 M² To The Contractor And To Award All The Services Required For The Realization Of The Project. The Properties In Question, Including The Surrounding Area, Are Located In The Heart Of The Hexenbruch District Of Markt Höchberg And Therefore Have A Central, Well-Developed And Walkable Location Within The Market Town Of Höchberg.
