The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply And Installation Of A Liquid Chromatography System With A Tandem Mass Spectrometer (Lc/Ms/Ms), Whereby The High-Performance Liquid Chromatograph And Mass Spectrometer Must Be From The Same Manufacturer. The Software Must Enable Comprehensive And Unrestricted Control Of All Subsystems Of The Lc/Ms/Ms System. The Instrument Must Provide Degassing Of The Mobile Phase, Mixing At High Pressure And Operation At Flow Rates Of At Least 2 Ml/Min And Pressures Of Up To 1300 Bar. All Components Of The Hplc Instrument Must Be Equipped With A Leak Detection System. All Listed Mass Spectrometer Specifications Must Be Achieved And Demonstrated After Performing The Automatic Autotune Routine, Without Additional Manual Adjustments.
