To Implement The Project, The Client Is Expected To Award The Following Five Award Packages: Vp1 - Object And Specialist Planning, Construction Vp2 - Specialist Planning, Operational Equipment Vp3 - Execution Of Demolition/Disposal/Construction Logistics Vp4 - Execution Of Constructive Trades Vp5 - Execution Of Operational Engineering Equipment Details On The Content Of The Five Award Packages Can Be Found In Appendix 8 Project Information (Part Of The Tender Documents) Under Section 6 (Service Allocation). Cooperation Services May Be Required For Further Services In The Other Award Packages. The Client Reserves The Right To Reallocate Individual Partial Services As Part Of The Procurement Process If This Appears Appropriate Based On The Findings From The Bidding Negotiations. Allianz Can Also Reassign Services By Mutual Agreement After The Contract Has Been Concluded. It Should Be Noted That The Service Areas - Planning Of Engineering Structures, Including Repair Concepts - Structural Planning - Integration Of The Overall Safety Concept For The Tunnel - Overall Bim Coordination Represent Critical In-House Work Of Vp 1, Which May Not Be Transferred To Subcontractors, But Must Be Carried Out By The Bidder Himself Or, In The Case Of A Bidding Consortium, By A Participant In The Bidding Consortium. This Award Procedure Only Affects Vp1 - Object And Specialist Planning Construction. Independent Negotiation Procedures With Participation Competitions Will Be Carried Out For The Other Award Packages.
