The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of A License Subscription A) Microsoft 365 Business Basic Together With Ms Teams For A Period Of 12 Months Counted From The Date Of Expiry Of The Licenses Held By The Ordering Party (Licenses Expire In September/October 2026. B) Microsoft 365 E3 User Gov For A Period Of 12 Months Counted From The Date Of Activation Of The License Subscription Or Subscription Of Equivalent Licenses That Meet The Functionalities Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Orders. 3.2.1. The Order Is Divided Into A Basic Order And An Order Executed Under Option Rights. 3.2.1.1. As Part Of The Basic Order: A) Delivery Of A Subscription Of 40 Microsoft 365 Business Basic Licenses With Ms Teams Or Equivalent For The It Services Center In Wrocław, B) Delivery Of A Subscription Of 300 Microsoft 365 Business Basic Licenses With Ms Teams Or Equivalent For The Wrocław Commune Office, C) Delivery Of A Subscription Of 50 Microsoft 365 Business Basic Licenses With Ms Teams Or Equivalent For Organizational Units Of The Wrocław Commune, D) Providing A Subscription Of 50 Microsoft 365 E3 User Gov Licenses Or Equivalent For The It Services Center In Wrocław 3.2.1.2. Under The Order Covered By The Option Right: A) Delivery Of Microsoft 365 Business Basic License Subscriptions With Ms Teams Or Equivalent For Organizational Units Of The Wrocław Commune, B) Delivery Of Microsoft 365 Business Basic License Subscriptions With Ms Teams Or Equivalent For The It Services Center In Wrocław. C) Providing A Microsoft 365 E3 User Gov License Subscription Or Equivalent For The It Services Center And The Wrocław City Hall. Provided That The Total Value Of The Order Under The Option Right Does Not Exceed The Value Of The Difference Resulting From The Mathematical Operation: Pln 499,000.00 Gross - (Minus) The Value Of The Basic Order (Offer Price). Execution Of The Order Covered By The Option Right Is The Ordering Partys Right, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim For Placing An Order Or A Claim For Compensation For Failure To Place An Order In This Respect.
