Miscellaneous Furniture And Equipment – ​​Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture For The Rooms Of The New Office Building Of The Ełk Forest District. Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture [And Its Possible Adjustment] For Office Rooms In The New Office Building Of The Ełk Forest District. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Elements (Parts) Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. If The Contractor Intends To Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In His Offer The Parts Of The Order (Material Scopes) The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Such Indication Should Be Included In The Offer. If Subcontracting Is Not Indicated In The Offer, The Contractor Will Be Able To Introduce A Subcontractor Only On The Terms Specified In The Contract. In Relation To The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Entrust The Contractor With An Additional Scope Of Work In Relation To Each Item Of The Valuation Form Constituting Part Of The Offer (Option). The Subject Of The Option Will Be The Same (Analogous) Deliveries As Described In The Swz And Priced By The Contractor In Any Of The Items Of The Valuation Form Constituting Part Of The Offer. Supplies Subject To The Option May Be Ordered In Quantities Whose Total Value Will Not Exceed 20% Of The Remuneration On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, In Accordance With §4 Section 1 Of The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Basis For Determining The Value Of Deliveries Under The Option (In Order To Determine Its Scope) Will Be The Unit Prices Of Individual Furniture Included In The Valuation Form Constituting Part Of The Offer. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Order Deliveries Covered By The Option, And The Contractor Has No Claim To Order Them. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option If There Is A Need To Increase The Material Scope Of Supplies Constituting The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annexes No. 2 And 3 To The Swz.
