It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support - Acquisition Of Total Financial And Personnel Management Services / Polkka Oy. North Karelias Procurement Process Requests An Offer For Financial And Personnel Management Services And Systems For Use By Polkka - Pohjois-Karjala Tukipalvelut Oy As A Total Service. The Contract Period Is 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2028, After Which The Contract Is Valid Indefinitely For One Calendar Year At A Time, However, So That The First Possible End Date Of The Contract Is 31.12.2028. Both The Customer And The Supplier Have The Right To Terminate The Contract By Delivering A Written Notice Of Termination To The Other Contracting Party No Later Than Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Calendar Year. The Overall Financial Management Service Includes Managing The Companys Comprehensive Financial Management As A Service With Its Systems. The Overall Financial Administration Service (Services And Systems) And Related Integrations So That The Services And Systems Must Be Available No Later Than January 1, 2027. The Overall Personnel Management Service Includes All Services That Are Part Of Comprehensive Personnel Management. In Addition, The Service Must Include Hr And Payroll Systems, Which Include Management Of The Entire Employment Life Cycle (E.G. Absences, Annual Holidays, Employment Contracts), Payroll Administration, Shift Planning, Working Time Management, And Management Of Travel And Expense Invoices. The Overall Personnel Management Service (Services And Systems) And Related Integrations So That The Services And Systems Must Be Available No Later Than April 1, 2027. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish. The Service Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities.
