Location: Kigali Deadline: Wednesday, 15/07/2026 10:30 ISOKO SACCO GASABO (ISG) invites eligible and qualified consulting firms to submit sealed proposals for the provision of IT and operations equipment maintenance services for a period of twelve (12) months, renewable annually based on performance. The successful consultant will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment (computers, laptops, servers, network switches), printing equipment (laser printers, dot matrix printers), cash handling equipment (cash-counting machines, note validators), and power protection equipment (UPCs/UPS). Bids must be submitted as one (1) original and two (2) copies of Technical and Financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked with tender reference number and title, and "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" or "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL". Submission address is the Procurement Office, ISOKO SACCO GASABO Head Office. The deadline for submission is July 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM (Local Time). Proposals will be opened on July 15, 2026 at 10:30 AM at the ISOKO SACCO GASABO Head Office Meeting Room.
