Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Fair Trade Organic Coffee And The Supply To The University Catering Facilities In Regensburg, Passau, Deggendorf, Landshut, Straubing And Pfarrkirchen. All Products Offered Must Be Fair Trade And 100% Organically Grown. Proof Of This Can Be Provided Through Fairtrade Certification (Minimum Standard) And Organic Certification (Minimum Standard Eu Organic Seal) Or Through Other Suitable Evidence/Seals, As Long As They Are At Least Equivalent To The Required Quality Marks. The Equivalence Of Different Seals Must Be Proven In Detail By The Bidder When Submitting The Offer. All Products Offered Must Be Permanently Available During The Contract Term And Deliverable Within A Maximum Of 5 Working Days. The Only Exception Is If A Product Is Discontinued By The Manufacturer. In This Case, The Contractor Must Offer A Comparable Replacement Item Immediately And Without Being Asked.
