4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Design And Implementation Of: 1) Preparation Of The Necessary And Complete Design Documentation For The Rainwater Supply To The Pond At Ul. Kazimierska In Wrocław And Sealing The Bottom Of The Pond Along With Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Final Decision On The Building Permit Or A Declaration Of No Objection From The Competent Authority To The Notification Of Construction Or Other Construction Works, For The Material Scope Covered By The Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Performance Of All Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Developed And Approved Design Documentation Referred To In Point. 1), In Accordance With This Documentation, Necessary To Achieve The Objectives Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order
