1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With A Garage On The Ground Floor Along With Construction Equipment On A Property Located In Łódź At Ul. Lubelska 7, Plot No. 143/2 And No. 143/1 Within G-4.2. The Scope Of The Task Covered By The Order Includes:2.1. Execution Of All Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation And Stwior, In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party;2.2. Conducting Tests, Technological Start-Up And Required Tests, As Well As Preparing Documents Necessary To Put Into Use The Facility Created As A Result Of Construction Works;2.3. Preparing And Providing The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation Along With Operating Instructions For All Devices And Equipment Installed In The Building;2.4. Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility Created As A Result Of Construction Works On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.3.5. In The Event Of A Change In The Legal Provisions In Force On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or New Regulations Coming Into Force, Individual Materials Must Be Prepared And Decisions Must Be Obtained In Accordance With The New Regulations.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, As Well As Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates Constituting Annex No. 4A To The Swz. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Acceptance Of The Works Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
