The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Thermal Modernization Along With The Superstructure, Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building Of The Commune Office In Godów At Ul. 1 Maja 53 Along With Comprehensive Thermal Modernization, Reconstruction Of Technical Infrastructure And Land Development; 2) Construction Of An Extension Of The Building With An Additional Floor, Reconstruction And Extension Of The Garage Part, Extension Of The Building With A New Entrance From The Street. 1 Maja,3) Reconstruction Of The Functional Layout Of The Rooms And Construction Of An Elevator Shaft With The Installation Of A Passenger Elevator Providing Access For People With Disabilities;4) The Task Also Includes The Implementation Of A Comprehensive Replacement And Reconstruction Of Internal Installations, Including Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating, Fire Hydrant, Mechanical Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Gas Installation, Staircase Smoke Extraction Installation And Electrical And Automation Installations Related To The Operation Of The Facility;5) The Building Will Be Equipped With An Installation Photovoltaic With Energy Storage;6) Construction Of A New Gas Boiler Room With Condensing Boilers, Reconstruction Of The Gas Connection With A Measurement System And Gas Detection Installation, And Construction Of Fire Safety Systems For The Building;7) Land Development, Including Drainage Of Parking Lots And Paved Areas, Storm Sewage System With Inlets, Inspection Wells And Sewers, Earthworks, And Reconstruction Of The Surface. 8) Accompanying Works, Tests, Commissioning And Acceptance, Together With The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Putting The Investment Into Use.
